ALL IN ONE MULTIVITAMIN CAPSULES

Our multivitamin capsules provide you with a daily dose of vitamin C, which we use in a buffered and stomach-friendly form as calcium C ascorbate. The list of functions for which vitamin C is needed in the body is insanely long. Among other things, it is important for the immune system, blood vessels, bones, teeth & gums, iron absorption, energy metabolism and nervous system. It also helps protect cells from oxidative stress and reduce fatigue. That's why vitamin C is considered the most important immune vitamin of all. All Day Multi also contains a complete vitamin B complex with bioactive vitamins. B vitamins play a role in cell division, red blood cell formation and contribute to normal energy metabolism, normal vision and regulation of hormone activity. Among others, we use B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P), B2 as riboflavin-5-phosphate (R-5-P) and B12 as methylcobalamin. The fat-soluble vitamins A as a complex of retinyl palmitate and beta-carotene, as well as vitamins D & E are also included in optimal doses. These are important for the maintenance of normal bones, vision, skin and muscle function, among other things.

Besides vitamins, our body needs a variety of minerals and trace elements. Our multivitamin for men & women contains magnesium, chromium, iron, manganese, molybdenum, selenium, zinc & copper.

 In addition, our multivitamin capsules contain Q10 and MSM, two substances that are needed in many part of the body. MSM is an organic sulfur compound and thus a well absorbable sulfur source for the body. Sulfur compounds play a role in the bones, joints, connective tissue and muscles, among other things. Q10 is an antioxidant. This means that it binds free radicals, which accelerate cell aging.

EASY INTAKE

In order to work optimally, 2 capsules should be swallowed whole with liquid daily. The recommended dose should not be exceeded.

HOW TO STORE THE ALL DAY MULTI CAPSULES

If possible, store the capsules in a dry place, out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of children. ALL DAY MULTI CAPSULES must not be used after the expiry date stated on the packaging.
